About the Food:

TC’s Pantry was created from a passion of good cooking and sharing good cooking! TC creates top quality comfort food with fresh wholesome ingredients, done the old fashioned way, with real hands in small batches and layers of flavors.

TC’s Pot Pie starts with homemade long simmered stock. The stock is transformed into luscious rich gravy.  Inside the gravy you will find large chunks of all white meat chicken, fresh veggies and handpicked fresh herbs. Finally, the filling is tucked inside the most fabulous hand crimped crust. This is no ordinary crust – it is made with Cabot Butter and King Arthur Flour and it is a family recipe.

Lasagna and Mac N Cheez are also simply sensational with sauces made from scratch, fresh cheeses, premium pasta, and fresh vegetables.

Things that are important to TC’s Pantry:

Making people happy, using local ingredients, using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, reducing waste,  never cutting corners!

History:

TC started making homemade comfort food for friends and family around 2008. Soon, she was cooking dinners at the South Acworth Village Store on Friday nights. After being laid off from two consecutive bookkeeping jobs, she decided it was time to make food full time. In 2013, TC received a Kiva-Zip crowdfunding micro loan through Hannah Grimes Center to get started selling wholesale. By May 2015, the loan was paid off and people are enjoying TC’s creations from their grocer’s freezer.
